To provide core app functionality, we process data you create in the App, such as emergency item lists, item expiration dates, evacuation plans, invitations, and memberships.

We do not automatically collect your location. However, if you choose to share your location during an active evacuation in the App, your location data will be collected and stored to share it with members of your evacuation plan.

Location sharing is only used for evacuation functionality. Only your latest location is stored for this purpose, and location sharing is stopped when the evacuation ends (or automatically stopped after a safety timeout if not ended manually).

d. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications related to app functionality, including evacuation events, invitations, and reminders about expiring emergency items (currently sent 10 days before expiration). We process FCM tokens linked to your account to deliver these notifications. You can manage or disable notifications through your device settings.
